Customer care threatening me

I am sandeep Verma, using BSNL pre-paid SIM ..my number is 9415082400.

today i tried to contact the BSNL customer care on 9400024365. i was connected to one rude attendant, .. i told him problem regarding GPRS .. he kept on hold for 15 minutes or so, . and then coming back on call he said "AAP JO PHONE BATA RAHE HAIN IS NAAM KA KOI PHONE HI NAHI HAI MARKET ME", .. i said, sir i am using this phone and i have purchased it for Rs. 20000/- .. if u dont have settings tell me straight away.. then he gave the phone to someone else who claimed that he is EXECUTIVE HEAD .. and said the same thing that this name handset does not exist.. i said dont talk rubbish.. so to this that gentleman replied "24 hrs k andar aap ka phone band karwa sakta hun.. aap dekhiye abhi karwata hun.. fax kar ke ".. then he hung up..
