Feature charges Rs. 110 extra

I am your customer from last 5 years. My Cell no 9850445028 is lifetime postpaid. Since last 6 months you are charging Rs. 110 for free use of 175 pulse for idea to idea use. But now i don't want this charges further. I want only Rs. 49 feature charge as callar ID.

During the last bill payment on 27.04.2009 i told this to your representative at chichwad, but it is still charging Rs.110 extra in this month bill also.
