Poor service standards, cheating

I purchased a RAY T60 mobile yesterday. Looks good but is not recognised by Airtel live, most downloadables on the net. does not have FM radio. Complain lodged for repalcement today. People complain I sound crazy on from this mobile. I checked for myself, the audio going out to others is unbelivably crazy, the voice of a known person is funnily unrecognizable. Let's hope I get a better set as repalcement. Its like a ripe red apple, rotten from inside. I feel cheated more so because of the horrible service standards at the Mobile store at Connaught Place in the heart of the Capital.
