Not allowed to use my talktime inspite of recharging it with Rs. 132

I am using prepaid mobile number 9221465556. On 18-07-09, I had zero balance on my account and you have given me credit facility on this prepaid line for Rs. 20/- for using Tata Zone which is not acceptable to me. Just now I have recharged with Rs. 122/- for T2T calls and Rs. 10/- for other calls.

You have adjusted the above recharged talktime value with the outstanding dues and I am not able to use my mobile inspite of spending Rs. 132/-.

This is not fair on the part of Tata which have a good reputation as far as service is concerned with compare to other service providers. Please refund the above adjusted value and allow me to use my mobile.
