Not proper solution

Espected sir,

i am deepak singh.i am a post pad costomer.my no -9350272305. i am using this no a long time.

but last thee month i am facing lote of problem by this.mostly when i was in my company i am not able to call any one.when i call a no reply is "please contect relience costomer care to resume services".but other relience mobile in my company working properlly.i complain several time to costomer care he advice me to change handset i do the same then after he told me change sim card i do the same again but yet i am not able to call.when some time my call connected in few seconds call disconnected itself.when i try again to call reply same "please contect relience costomer care to resume services" in this period i am not able to call costomer care.
