ABN AMRO Bank
After clearance again asking for balance payment

About 2 years back in 2006 when I was out of station my spouse got on cheque of Rs. 48883/- from ABN AMRO bank as personal loan aginst a my so called credit card No. (Plz note that i never got the credit card of ABN AMRO bank and I have never seen such card in my life). Being unaware of all technicalties my wife submitted it in my account and I became the loan customer of ABN AMRO without my wish. Any how I repaid 2 EMI and finely asked the collection agent of this bank in chandigarh vandy collectons to clear my loan. I was told to repay 46000/- in addition to the the earlier submitted EMI. I submitted Rs. 46000/- to Vandy Collections in Aug. They tiold me that now every thing is cleared and nothing outstanding against me.

But sad now after a gap of One and half years i m againg getting calls from chandigarh from the ABN AMRO bank to submitt the balance 14000/- . they are harrasing me by daily calling me.

Sir plz help how is it possible that after agap of one and half years again i am being treated as defaulter.
