SMS from unknown person

I have been recieving frequent sms from cell # 918971877183. v have contacted him on 19-03 & instructed him not to send sms yet he repeats it. today we have sent him a message quote "i will report to police if you continue to send sms to us. Since having sent the message to him, he has again repeated. i request to kindly block any sms coming from his cell to us. message centre # is 919845087001. Kindly confirm the action taken by you.
