DEDUCTION IN BALANCE

I am a customer of reliance communications with Ph no. 09358800835.

There is a regular unauthorised deduction of money from my account while we are making no calls. Yesterday when I checked my balance it fell short by Rs100/- though we made no calls in the period.

So I request you to investigate into the matter and take strict action against the offender. I hope that you will ensure refund of my money.
