Hi,

I like to register a complaint against ABN AMRO bank because the service which they provide to there costumer is really worst I can say. On 22nd of April I made a request for a new cheque book which they told us to send in 3 working days’. I waited till Sunday and I call to customer service on Monday that is on 27th April to know the status. They mention that you can note down the complaint no and your issue will be re-solved in 2 days. but just to inform that as today is 2nd of May and till now I have not got my cheque book just because of which my due date of my credit cards is all ready passed and I have to paid 2000 as late payment charge to my concern credit card department.

The only thing I want to say that three times I called to customer service and spoke to Salman, Neelema, Rosane and even there supervisor Vaibhav to solve the problem but except of solving the problem they spoke to me in such a way that as I am not a customer to them.

Explanation which they give for not getting the cheque book is that my house was lock or I have change the address. I am living at my address since 2 years and getting my quarterly statement of same bank at my home address.

Now the only things which I can say that kindly look into the matter and send this concern to the following department, so that serious step can be taken.
