No replacement of mobile received after 2 month

Dear Sir,

kindly note that i have taken IMATE JAMA mobile for Rs.6990/ thru credit card. but this mobile had a problem after two month. so i sent that to compac internaion kandivali. they told that they will give replacement. i also contact customer care deals for all for the same. but both are tell that you will get it next week wait for some time currently stock not avilable

kindly look in to it
