I am Ranjeet Kumar. I am ur lg mobile user. I have a handset RD3610 from a shop. After some months i get trouble in my charging pin and Battery backup. When i goto your service center

He says me we have only accept warrenty from company manufacturing date. I want to know something from your side that someone purchase your mobile after 1year of manufacturing date. So the person who purchase your mobile after that he didn't get warrenty on that handset. If it is true either person donot have to purchase your old handsets or u have getting out your old handsets within 1 year.
