Connectivity problem

Dear Sir,

Iam residing in Sutarwadi, Pune. It is very difficult to get connectivity even though signal bar shows maximum. We can only able to talk from a particular spot. Even if we change our position at that spot, connectivity lost.

I have checked with other residence of Sutarwadi (who uses cell-one service).

Please look into the matter as this problem we are facing for long time
