Disconnection of outgoing call service

I am an unfortunate customer of vodofone and my mobile number is 9899819076. The bill for june was received by and promptly paid by me within due date in cash at the vodafone outlet. I regret that the outgoing service has been abruptly disconnected since the past three days.

I made a complaint to the vodofone, whose "customer (dont) care" person assured of restoring the service within an hour or so. It has not yet been done.
