Clearnce my name in cibil database

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ABN AMRO credit card and used for retail transcations and Balance Transfers. My last transaction was Balance transfer from ABN amro to CITI credit card amount of Rs1, 10, 000/- on 24th April 09 with 0.99% interest rate and Rs199/- processing fee and tenure is 6 months. But in my November 08 statment I have observed that they have charged me 1.99% processing fee (2189 and 10.30% servica tax on this amount is Rs225.46/-, total is Rs2414.46/-) instead of Rs199/-. And I have send so many mails to them about this but there was no reply from them. Finally I have calculated as per Rs199/- processing fee and paid the total outsatnding amount Rs87, 913/- on 28th October 09.

After I paid the total outstanding amount also I have send many mails saying that I have padi ally my dues on my ABN AMRO credit card thanks for your service and I don t nee your card in future so please cancel this card. But no reply from them.

Now ABN AMRO is asking me to payaround Rs8, 000/- to clear the dues. And they have put me in cibil database as a defaulter. This damages my records. So please I am requesting/demanding to clear my details from cibil database and send me no dues certificate.
