Replecement - Handset

I have given my mobile nokia-5310 for Audio, No Outgoing Audio problem to nokia care center Ahmedabad - M/s Cell Service on 2nd August. Job no.: 537434038/080802/22 my mobile number - 9727683303. Till today 23rd September there is reply of you will get mobile (Handset) before 6th October.

Estimated due - 31st August. How we can work without our mobile... They had not given me loanable phone. I have called them at least 20 -25 times and vistied 3-4 times personaly, they always told me you will get within 4-5 days. And when we press them they give us call center number 30303838 for complaint booked. I already complain in the Nokia Care -My complain number 2-3D1T73 they are also very delay time.

Above 1 month for replacement??? These is service of nokia -- and these problem is with all people using these Nokia mobile.

They are aware of these problem than to they don't keep spare parts. In these case what service we expect from these multinational company where there is no boss??
