(i) Rs 25 excess charged under other SMS for nos 69602 on 13.08.2008 which do not pertains to me. You are requested to reverse the same.
(ii) No executive responds on 121 cutomer services . trying for last 5 days always the line are busy.
(iii) Complaint under my acccount ID not entertained/ accepted despite character less than 150 in number. These are routine problem to be looked in.
(iv) if my complaints are not entertained I will be compelled to proceeds to appellant authority/ Ombusdman/ TRAI for poor services.
