Echarging acc.to scheme

I got the msg on 24th--recharge with Rs 310 in next 3days nd get Rs 333 tt lifetime validity free, within 72 hrs of recharge... as i went for recharge at reliance webworld, they said we have no updates about this information, so we can't recharge, now tell if employees are not getting these updates so why u r giving us faking msgs, OR if msgs are not fake then why they are not accepting it..thank you
