(1) I am having your reliance connection in a classic handset and it is giving a lot of trouble and it's service center even more. Mine phone was getting hanged so I went to its' service center there they asked me to submit it for 3 days and on the 3rd day when I went to receive my phone they handed it to me without repairing it. This act had been done by them several times & this had caused a inconvenience t to me.

My bill number is 7079 RSN RLOHSC000610027.

KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM OR SENT ME THE EMAIL ID OF CLASSIC DEPARTMENT
