Signal failing

Dear Sir,

I am user of Smart gsm service (jharkhand, Mahijam) from last 1 year. But after 6 month i am facing signal failing problem. I have launched complain in customer care (complain no-5057827) but there is no result.

Please help about signal problem.(tower name-MAHIJAM-2).
