Kindly refer my complaint dated 16/8/09 to which u had acknowledged on 17/8/09 to my e-mail ID indicating that u will reply to me shortly. However it is regretted that even after a lapse of about 1 month, yr reply is still awaited. I had already explained the circumstances under which I could not recharge my mobile. Hence it is requested to reconnect my Mobile. However pl note that if no reply is recd by 17 hrs of 14/9/09, I will presume that u are not interested in reconnecting my Mobile and I will obtain another Mobile connection from some other Service provider who will give better service to me. You may send yr reply to my e-mail Id
