Dear Sir,
I am a customer of your company (Mobile No. 9899936237) & the reason for writing a letter is that your company is not providing me satisfactory services. They charged unnecessary charges in my conxion by activate jokes & songs himself & I am already giving complaint for your customer care executives but they not take my complaint seriously & again laid charge in my conxion third time. If you are not taking my complaint seriously than I will go to the consumer court directly but not giving any chance again to improve your complaint. so please take my complaint seriously I am requesting you.
