Mobile not working condition

Sir,

I purchased a mobile in the last month from the Ulhas Nagar Dealer M/s. Ambika Stors. The above said mobile is not in working condition from the date of purchasing. The same should intimate to the dealer, but they are not ready to change and also infomed to go through customer care. So, we hereby request you please change and get me the mobile at the earliest.
