Fault in software

Dear Sir/Madam,

We really regret to complain you about the problerm in product Nokia Hand Set N6500 which i purchase on 25/3/08 & secondly the poorest response by your authorised Service Centre i.e.

M/S Electra Care

i have scraches on my Mobile phone from around last six months but there is no internal problem at all n phone was working fine but from last 2 days it was creating problem & today in the monring its sortware goes wrong n it stop working.

So i go your above said Auth. Service Centre n comlain about the product but there rep. Mr. R K Sharma n the owner refuse to attend the complaint in warranty n said as its physically damaged we are not responisible. Inspite of my confirmations that there is no link between its internal problem n body scraches and lots of request to them, they all were rudely refuse to attend the complaint and sent me back.

Sir i hereby requesting you to kindly look into the matter n punish this kind of Service Centres for misbehaving with the clients n making very very bad name for NOKIA.

First of all its the poor product fault then its pooret Service responce given by your Service provider.

So look into the matter and do the needful otherwise having no alter i will sue it further legally in Consumer Court.
