Mobile handset N-72 model
Delay in getting replacement

Dear Sir

I had purchased a mobile handset of Nokia N-72-5 model from Initiative data system alambagh lucknow, India in the month of Feb 08.On 2nd of june 08 the hand set were totally down. I have given my hand set to Nokia care centre Ream Electronics, 560/90a, Krishna nagar lucknow.their NW-0440 and IMEI NO-359570016247719 dated 3rd june-08.

They assured the set would be replaced with in 7 days time but even after 21 days they are unable to give me the status.

Please take immd action and revert me back.
