No activation

I was using postpaid sim card and i wanted to change it to prepaid for which i have given a new application form with all details on 5th morning around 10 am at Anna nagar office. I have paid

150 for new prepaid sim card also. I was told as soon as the non activation of sim card they have asked me to put prepaid sim card. I got the message around 5 pm that post paid sim card as unregistered sim card. then i hav echanged with pre paid. But my sim card is not activated till 7.45 pm on 6th evening. when i have made a call it tells the number is not valid

Please do some thing so that i will get top up and start using my mobile immediately
