Billing despite disconnection

My relationship number is 102-102499242. Bill 856047755 has been raised despite confirmed disconnection of phone at my request. Talking to your executive officers is of no use because they do not even understand the simple complaint despite repeated calls.

Please be very specific to convey what I exactly need to do to put the problem behind. If such a thing can happen to a customer who has three other airtel connections, God save the airtel!
