Onlibe Recharge failure

Dear Vodafone,

I have recharged my Delhi based mobile no - 9811483947 by my icici account prepaid facility on Saturday 24-05-08 at around 3 PM, with an amount of Rs 252. The amount is debited from my account but i have not received the amount in my mobile account until now, ie after two days. The icici transaction no is BILL000063105071/0202/919811483947 . I always use this service to charge my mobile account and it takes few minutes to credit my account. Please rectify the problem on urgent basis and provide my complaint no to my mail ID and by sms on my mobile no.
