Wroung Billing

I had been to your Airtel office "Shree Communication Hadapsar on 6th May with the application from my son Sagar Jadhav for closing the connection of Mobile No.9890365522 .

I have paid the total dues Rs.3462/- vide your receipt No.9511 Dt.06.05. up to 06.05.2009 and asked them to close the connection.

Now on 20th May I have received the bill of Rs.3701.61.

On today (22.05.2009) I have visited shee communication office to find out. They told to talked to No.888.

I talked to that No. and I got the reply that they have not received the information from the shree communication and they have not closed the connection I am surpriced that from Hadapsar to your office how much time it has taken. It is the Hadapsar office responsibility to check whether you have got the papers or not before sending bill.

Now pl.inform me who will pay the difffrence of Rs.239.61 to Airtel
