SUB: Filing Consumer Complaint in Consumer Court in India

Since 2007 i am receiving abusive calls from ABN AMRO Bank New Delhi. These days you people have crossed all your limits. After having a conversation with your reprsentative in i have made a payment of my total amount due in cash and he handed over to me the slip saying full and final settlement. From my side the amount due is only Interest and charges which was settled earlier. Now all these was fake from your side. At that time you want the payment, wheather any amount, for which your representative have made false statement to get the money.
Now I am filing a complaint against Abn Amro Bank for harassment in consumer forum. I have already forwarded this letter to other associated people - name not to be disclosed. I have all my documents, recordings and proof against you.
