DEAR SIR,
IAMABN AMROCARD HOLDER FROM LAST FIVE YEARS AND REGULARLY MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE ON DUE DATE. ON 25.11.08 I WAS PAID MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE FOR NOV.08 RS.6000.00 PAID CASH ON 25.11.08 TO BANKS AUTHORISED BPO SAIFINANCIAL NAGPUR VIDE RECEIPT NO.49202 25.11.08. BUT BANK CREDIT MY ACCOUNT ON 11.04.09. IN BETWEEN BANKS AGENTS CONTINEOUSLY FORCE ME FOR PAYMENT ON TELEPHONE AND SENDING THEIR GUNDE AGENTS. FROM NOV08 TO MAY09 THEY ALSO NOT SEND ME ANY STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.AND DEBIT 650 LATE FEES EVERY MONTH UP TO MAY09.AND CONTINEOUSLY HARRSH ME EVERY TWO MINUTES GAP ON TELEPHONE FROM DELHI. I CONTINEOULSY WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEIR E-MAIL ADDRESS BUT THEY ONLY CLAMING ME 6000.00 AND SAID HEY NOT RECIVED PAYMENT OF RS.6000.00.
I CLAIM ON BANK CREDIT OF RS.6000.00 REVERSAL OF ALL LATE PAYMENT INTEREST ON RS.6000 METAL HARRASHMENT COMPENSATION CHARGES RS.20000.00 FROM BANK.
