Very poor service of airtel
On 14-12 at 1.00 A.M. i have started my mobile office service when i woke up in the morning at 10.00 A.M. i was shocked by looking at my balance because i have seen that the charges for two days have been charged on my mobile. when i asked the customer care executive regarding this he told me that the service was going from 8.00 to 8.00 thats why they have charged me. But after sometime when i call the customer care again the executive is telling me that the service was going from 12.00 to 12.00 and again he told me that the charges are wrongly charged but they are unable to reverse that and on asking his name he is telling me the wrong name.
i was not expected that the indias largest mobile phone service provider is providing service to these kind of peoples
