Unable to acces net over viste through blue tooth

I had activated my GPRS near about 15 days back but even know i am unable to asses net through mobile office over my laptop and most important thing is that when i try to contact about that with air tel service support about that then every time i got the same answer and that is "your mobile office services are not activated" and when i told them that my mobile office services are already activated, and i also asked from them about my complain no then my helpline services were barded and know my complain no is 20442122, if even know i am unable to get the proper answer then i will not wait any more. And i will also never advice any body to waste his money and time over air tel net. I WAS TRYING TO ACCESS NET THROUGH BLUE TOOTH OVER VISTA
