Make My Trip Transaction

I am having ABN AMRO Titanium Card. I have noticed that one transaction has been made to Make My Trip which I never proposed to do. I put a compliant for this issue (Compliant No : 09061601676) and the response from the bank was not good.

Some days before I got a call from a person on behalf of Make My Trip. I was informed that they will send a MMT voucher and a scratch card. Till now I did not get the MMT voucher or Scratch card. So without receiving the voucher or without getting my confirmation the money has been paid from my credit card account.

In this whole period of time I never called MMT or any person of either MMT or ABN AMRO bank to avail this offer. When I checked my cards online account and found that one transaction has been made to "MMT Money Saver Fee" which I was not aware of.
