Again demand extra payment

Sir i have already paid as per settlement letter amount Rs. 30000/- 275 again extra paid

after three they call me and demand again Rs 16000/-

i have all receipt and settlement letter

i ask to him Mr.but why again charge me 16000/- and how it is come, they cant answer me

what can i do sir pl guide me
