False commitment by customer Care

Hi
i have been a customer of Airtel since last 2 yrs. Last month i wasn't able to pay the bill amount as i was out of town and i have kept this number with my Aunty and hence many times i had called on your customer care number and had requested to call on my number instead of calling on the airtel number. Some associate says that he has noted down the number and will take care that no call should come on airtel number, and the next time some other associate tell that their is nowhere mentioned any request like this. So what should i consider by this, and also if any customer is not able to pay the bill for one month so being an corporate customer he expect the company to consider.
And the billing dept what you are having is ridiculous they people don't know how to talk with an customer.
