ABN AMRO Bank Credit Card
Un necessary late paymetn charges & finance charged

I was using my credit card last no 3876 since few years. recently i've made some higher value transactions on it. i've droped my payment cheque as usual two days in advance of due date.

but for any reason they have reflacted that payment late in my account & on that basis they have charged me late payment, finance charges & service charges etc... i've calledup in customer care & asked them for the problem. but this time they refused to do any thing. i've told them to cancel my card & they have done so. now every month they are sending me the added all above mention charges reapetadly. & calls me to pay all these charges.

pls. guide me what to do???
