Not working

I have purchase sony erecsson mobile no. W580i in August from Yusaf Sari, New Delhi, but now its display is not working. I have submit the phone at your service centre Lajpat Nagar for the last 20 days. When we go at your service centre they every time tell us, shortage of "PATTA", it cannot serviced. I want to know when it will come and phone will be serviced.

I want to know when my phone will be serviced so that i can use the phone. your services is not good. your service is not good. please take early action as possible.
