POOR SERVICE

Dear Concern,

I purchased samsung i450 last month last week and it had some problem and i gave my phone to service station on 12th of sept.and they confirmed that i'll get my phone on 22nd of this month but i have still not received my phone back till now its a new phone and taking so much time on repairing is not acceptable at all.i filed a complaint last week also but din't got any responce from your side.

request your urgent intervention on the same.
