Not hearing to complaint

The phone was purchased on 16-03-09 from M/s Ganpati Mobile Lucknow. Most of the time set remains hang and does not function. Set was given 3 times for repair. but the set could not be repaired despite chip level repair from Delhi.

Now whenever a product complaint is lodged at supportindia@samsung.com no body goes into details and simply sends a message "Hope Your quarry is resolved"

Whenever the vander is contacted on phone no given on recipt i.e. 9889065222, 9005015000 they put phone on hold without replying.

it is not understood whom to contact. It costs me abuot Rs.100/- if I go to service center once.
