ABN AMRO BANK /CREDIT CARD
Late Fee Charges

Hi,

Every month i m receving Abn Amro Credit statement stating that i have to pay late fee charges when i have'nt used their card, in the main time i have spoken to their customer care service also every time they say that they will reverse the charges but they dont do so, they have given the ref no also which is :09100700430 & 09102300875 in the main time kindly advise what to do.
