Undue deduction of Rs. 30.0

Sir,

I am Dr. S.K.Singh from Pondicherry. My mobile no is 9486748624. It is life connection. Yesterday my balance was Rs. 37.0 . Only one local call I made for about 2mnts yesterday. Since then neither I send any SMS nor made any call yet today I got one SMS stating deduction of Rs. 30.0 for last SMS which I have not send since yesterday.

Kindly Look in to it and clarify why did it happen.
