Mobile Recharge Retailer
Complaint regarding mobile recharge

Hello,

My Airtel no. is 9561586740.

I recharge my mobile on 15th of Feb of 200 Rs.. and I got the recharge ammount but on next day the recharge ammount automatically deducted from my mobile balance. I called airtel customer care, they told me that the recharge amount is reversed backed by the retailer by whom I had recharge my mobile. After that I called the retailer and asked about the same. But now he is arguing and abusing me, saying that he did not get the balance reverse back now he can't do any thing and now he is not recharging again my mobile.

Please help me on this. This mobile is using my mom and I am submiting this complaint on behalf of her.
