I have purchesed mobile set local market shop M/S S.P. Traders, Ph. No. (0836) 2434264, on the 1st June Model No. SGH-C170, Within the 15 days the battery problem, I have enquired the shopkeeper but did not respond well, and I ask where is service centre, and at same browse the Samsung company web page, and at same time they do not have such facility to complaint directly company, and same time they do not give any contact address and phone no or even email address. How will give justis to me and how will care my complaint to who i will give complaint of battery not working properly and within 2 to 3 hours discharge completely even after 6 or 7 hours charging
