Air Tel Demo not working from last 3 three month

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i am shopkeeper as MAMTA TELECOM in Vstral area and i am provide to customer SIM Card, Coupon. Now problem is there one person come from AIR TEL and provide me new LAPU (DEMO) and also recharge of Rs.1000/- at that time but now problem is there which number (9724542242) is provide by your sales-Executive (Mr. Mitesh Panchal) is not working from last three month.

So please resolve ASAP.
