Non availablity of sim cards

I ve recently started a mobile shop in Maval area. the problem over here is we don't get sim cards for all the service providers like to idea, airtel, vodafone. The executives who come to visit are not having regular timings. And if we go the nearby area (pcmc or pmc) the dealers over there say we don't give sim cards for maval area. And in maval area it's very difficult to find dealers and even if get one the guys working over there say we are also retailer i'll have to ask to our sir / boss. Same is the situation for lapu cards and recharge vouchers.
