Not providing details

I had register my number to Do Not Disturb Call Registry. Even though repeatadly i received unknown / marketing call and SMSes. I loged complaint to Vodafone Gujarat. They gave me Complaint number and time period of 21 days as per T.R.A.I, Yesterday i received SMS from Vodafone said that your loged complaint has been solved. Once again i called Vodafone and asked them what action you have taken, than they said for that you will have to wait till 6 March. Every unwanted call i have to do such excercise and Service provider is not taking any responsibility! They are still take this things very lightly.

When i asked to give me TRAI contact numbes and other details, person said that that details they don't have.
