Dis-honesty in charging full for outgoing calls between add-on cards when its disscounted

My mobile no. is 9766327742. The Add-on card was sought on assurance of Re. 0.10 paisa per call (one minute) between the two cards primary and add-on. The add-on card no. is 9766324741. When the first bill was delivered, I was shocked to find that the itemised bill for add-on card showed full Re. 0.50 paisa cahrges foer the i n between calls instead of Re. 0.10 paise. As there was no itemised statement for primary card, I do not know how many calls have been excessively charged. This is nothing short of cheating. If I had'nt received the itemised bill, I would not have ever come to know of this cheating. This is clear dishonesty. I relioed on the assurance and the company cheated. The company requires to be prrosecute in the court of law. This seems to be a general practise of the company till the greivence is reported. Still I have to see what action the company takes. My complaint no. is 17998522 dated 21/08. Kindly clarify immediately.
