Mobile store
Illegal trasaction

Hello,

I found a place where i can vent my anger and my disbelife towards this shoppe, I work for Sitle India, Hyderabad and I went to Mobile store, in our own work premises, which is Cyber Pearl, Hitech City, Madhapur, and wished to recharge my mobile using my HDFC Credit Card and the sales person of that store by name Srikanth swiped my card for the amount RS.245.00, the reciept dint get generated but i received a call from HDFC CC cust care stating that a transaction was made towards mobile store for rs.24, 500.00 and it was a jolt for me i was there at the shop and i said that i dint authorise the charge as the charge slip wasnt generated by that time but the HDFC people have told me taht the charge went through, i couldnot understand what is my position and i waited for the Store manager to come and settle the issue, but the store manager dint turnup despite so many calls by the store employee he resisted to spk to me and he dint care any thing. MR.Trinad the Store manager dint respond to my calls for a whole day and he finally responded and said that it wasnt their fault and similar issues have happened that day and he said that he would forward a mail to reverse the charge and its been more than 3 weeks and my issue is still unresolved...
