Dear sir,

we purchase HTC diamond touch mobile from mobile store, shop no. 8

mata parvati apt. kolsewadi kalyan E. against invoice no.

MH/01826/00001/5391 dt. 15.04.09.

we find detail enquiry through mobile store website in show duel camera

3g mobile, price 19279.00. but he give me 2g mobile single camera. i am

gift a mobile for my brother,

than chek and return me on 27/04/09. because he is stay in kolkata city.

we are complain to mobile store shop on 29/04/09 than reply me i, m not

able to replace.you complain in our customer care center. my complain no.

is c/090000512 dt. 29/04/09. but reply on today 02/05/09 is you are use 14

days mobile than i'm not replace to you.

sir, i'm purchase 3g mobile total detail on website but recieved 2g

mobile 100% chit me . please help me. what can i do.
