Replacement of headset

I had purchased an AIRTEL I-phone-8 GB worth Rs. 31, 000 from Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, Worli Naka, Central Bank Building, Next to Hutch Shop, Worli, Mumbai, India on 26/11. After some days the headset of the phone was not working properly. I went to the Worli shop with the headset for repair, but they told me to go to Airtel Gallery shop for repairing. I inquired Airtel shop about the repair, but they again sent me to Worli office of Mobile Gallery. Earlier, I had also asked the representatives of the Mobile store to come and explain the working of the phone and software downloads on the phone, the reply for which hasn’t got till yet. I am not getting satisfactory response. They are simply transferring their responsibility to other department. I am facing problems due to the headset as I am neither getting replacement of the headset from the company nor the repairing of the headset.
As the phone is hardly two months old and within its warranty period, I want either refund of my money or replace the headset.
